Registration and Sign Up
In order to use this Website, you must first complete the registration form and create an account by inputting your name, company name, state of practice, email address, and a password. We collect your personally identifiable information during this registration step, and during the sign up process. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. We also request your credit card information to charge you for the Case Tempo service plan that you’re signed up for.
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, and promotions. If you wish to opt out from these emails, you can do so from your account settings.
Case Tempo is a subscription based service. As a registered member we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form to process your subscription. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, physical address, company name and address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We collect some third party personally identifiable information on our site. When a user creates an account, they have the option to add contacts and/or clients to their account. The clients’ information is never viewed, sold, released, or otherwise disclosed or utilized by Case Tempo. Our software uses this information solely to facilitate communications between users of Case Tempo and their clients (such as sending out forms, signature requests, or other email communications). We do not share this information with any third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.
Google/Outlook email/calendar integration
If you choose to integrate your account with your Google/Outlook account, we require rights to send emails and edit your calendar on your behalf. The email gets only sent when you click send email button. We do not send email without your consent or your action to do so. Adding events into the calendar only happens so that your tasks inside Case Tempo are synchronized with your tasks in your calendar.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, and promotions, as well as updates from the company. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications. You can opt out at any time from your account settings.
We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, or we make significant changes to the functionality or design of the website, we might send you an email update.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, as they are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to help you manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, depending on which is more appropriate for the given circumstances.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We use an outside credit card processing company Stripe (www.stripe.com) to bill you for subscription services. We do not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, or legal process served on our Website or company.
The security of your personal information is important to us. However, when you enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number) during the payment process we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) to ensure maximal security and safety.
If you have any questions about security on our Website, you can send email us at [email protected]
In the event Case Tempo goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
